In the Metaverse the conception of Time and Change takes on a special value, perhaps unique. We often have the feeling that the Time take in this world connotations almost mysterious, for which we feel a strong feeling that they stretch out of proportion and that one hour is equivalent to one month or a month represents a geological era.
The exhibit by Monabyte examines the issue of Time in an original and sensitive way through the concepts of the genesis, of change, of mysterious Déjà vu, memories and feelings that spread on these artistic creations through the sharpness and brightness of the colors, the virtual figures humanized , the backgrounds of other creations, the perspective, the sense of depth and three-dimensionality.
Déjà vu as we know is that set of feelings that lead us to a misunderstanding ... would say the science ... the moment when we meet a picture or an event already known or experienced in the past. We immerse ourselves, even for a moment, in a world familiar, intimate, extremely emotional, that makes us live strong sensations, warm, reassuring. Rarely the Déjà vu has negative connotations, lived in truth as a moment of mystery, strangeness, uniqueness.
The fact that Monabyte talk through the experience of the metaverse is emblematic because ... those who lived deeply and intensely Second Life knows how experiences of this kind are possible. Time expansion of the metaverse, the particular way in which we know here and interact with people sometimes allows to create unique relationships, empathetic even in spite of the cables of a pc, even if we are logistically distant and with different extraction, culture, life experiences.
Monabyte in my opinion fully represents the magic of the metaverse and the fact that we can, in spite of the distances and differences, enter empathically with what others feel, express and create .. and so the feelings interact, mix sometimes. And is the case of the many references of Monabyte about other exhibitions that she met and feelings that she has tried.
Her exhibit underlines the meeting and sharing should be the foundation of our experience here.
Déjà vu might just be her particular way of connecting her life to all that she lives here and that feels familiar or shared. She likes to find here everything that makes feel herself curiously akin, closer to others, .... And always looking for shared sensations, empathy.
This exhibit could teach that sharing is valuable and that individualism never leads to feelings so intimate and authentic. Déjà vu is a way of saying to those around us that we are part of a community, we have memories and feelings to share, which is familiar what around us and not cold, or distant or foreign.
Someone also says that Déjà vu is the memory of what has been dreamed .... I do not know if it is so, but certainly looks dreamlike and surreal aspect is very present in this exhibition ... Reality and Imaginary know mingle with a sensitivity and an aesthetic beauty that transport us to a world that is not only the metaverse ..... goes much further and much resembles the fantastic dimension of dreams.
How is the detachment from reality and even the metaverse? The images become sculptures and exit from their frame, almost in an attempt to escape the limitations and boundaries, to reach the fullness of freedom.
Art has no margin, no closure but may expand in a free and unconditional way, can be repeated an infinite number of times in its forms and colors, or break to create a unique and unrepeatable moment, can go beyond the concept of time and space, may even exit from the concept of reality and of metaverse to cross the dream and expand itself again.
The art of Monabyte, through the forms and colors, go in and out of these worlds, she crosses them fully... always leaving strong feelings demonstrating that set limits means nothing .... the important thing is to indulge in curiosity, sharing and emotion.

Cielo Consigliato: Tramonto.
Nel Metaverso la concezione del tempo e dei cambiamenti assume un valore particolare, forse unico. Spesso abbiamo la netta sensazione che il tempo assuma in questo mondo connotazioni speciali, quasi misteriose, per le quali proviamo la netta sensazione che si allunghi a dismisura e che un'ora equivalga alla durata di un mese oppure che un mese effettivo rappresenti un'era geologica.
La mostra di Monabyte parla del Tempo in modo originale e sensibile attraverso i concetti di genesi, di cambiamento, di Déjà vu misteriosi, di ricordi e sensazioni che si spalmano su queste creazioni artistiche attraverso la nitidezza e la brillantezza dei colori, le figure virtuali umanizzate, gli sfondi di altre creazioni, il gioco delle prospettive, il senso della profondità e della tridimensionalità.
Il Déjà vu come sappiamo è quell'insieme di sensazioni che ci portano ad un fraintendimento ... direbbero le scienze... il momento in cui crediamo di incontrare un'immagine o un evento già conosciuti o vissuti in passato. Così ci immergiamo, anche solo per un istante, in un mondo familiare, intimo, estremamente sentito ed emozionale, che ci fa vivere sensazioni forti, calde, rassicuranti. Raramente il Déjà vu ha connotazioni negative, vissuto in verità come un momento di mistero, stranezza, unicità.
Il fatto che Monabyte ne parli proprio attraverso l'esperienza del metaverso è emblematico... perchè chi ha vissuto profondamente ed intensamente Second Life sa bene quanto esperienze di questo genere siano possibili. La dilatazione del tempo del metaverso, il particolare modo in cui conosciamo qui ed interagiamo con le persone consente a volte di tessere rapporti unici nel loro genere, empatici anche a dispetto dei cavi di un pc, anche se siamo logisticamente distanti e differenti per estrazione, cultura, esperienze di vita.
Monabyte a mio avviso rappresenta pienamente la magia del metaverso ed il fatto che si possa, a dispetto delle distanze e delle diversità, entrare empaticamente con ciò che gli altri sentono, esprimono e creano.. e così le sensazioni degli uni e degli altri s'incontrano, interagiscono tra loro, si mescolano a volte. E' il caso dei tanti riferimenti che Monabyte fa rispetto ad altre esposizioni che ha incontrato e alle sensazioni che lei ha provato.
L'esposizione di Monabyte sottolinea come l'Incontro e la Condivisione debbano essere fondamento della nostra esperienza qui.
Il suo Déjà vu potrebbe semplicemente essere il suo particolare modo di collegare la sua vita anche passata a tutto ciò che lei vive qui e che sente familiare, o condiviso. Lei ama trovare qui tutto ciò che curiosamente la fa sentire affine, complice .... E' sempre alla ricerca di sensazioni condivise, di empatia.
Questa esposizione potrebbe insegnare che la condivisione è preziosa e che l'individualismo non porta mai a sensazioni così intime e autentiche. Il Déjà vu è un modo per dire a chi ci circonda che siamo parte di una comunità, che abbiamo ricordi e sensazioni da condividere, che è familiare ciò che ci circonda e non freddo, distante o estraneo.
Qualcuno dice anche che il Déjà vu è il ricordo di ciò che si è sognato.... Non so se sia così ma certamente l'aspetto onirico e surreale è molto presente in questa esposizione ... Realtà ed Immaginario sanno mescolarsi con una sensibilità e una bellezza estetica che ci trasportano in un mondo che non è nemmeno il metaverso..... va decisamente oltre e molto assomiglia alla dimensione fantastica dei sogni.
Come avviene il distacco dalla realtà e addirittura dal metaverso? Le immagini diventano sculture ed escono dalla loro cornice, quasi nel tentativo di sfuggire alle limitazioni ed i confini, per raggiungere la pienezza della libertà.
L'Arte non ha alcun margine, alcuna chiusura ma può espandersi in modo libero ed incondizionato, può ripetersi un numero infinito di volte nelle sue forme e colori, oppure spezzarsi per creare un istante unico ed irripetibile, può andare oltre la concezione del tempo e dello spazio, può addirittura uscire dal concetto di realtà e di metaverso per attraversare il sogno ed espandersi ancora.
L'arte di Monabyte, attraverso le forme ed i colori, entra ed esce da questi mondi, li attraversa pienamente, lasciando sempre forti sensazioni a dimostrazione che porsi dei limiti non ha alcun significato.... l'importante è abbandonarsi alla curiosità, la condivisione e l'emotività.
