TEXT OF PRESENTATION ABOUT THE OPENING OF * HOLALA ALTER *: * BREAKDOWNS OF THE HEART (VISUAL POETRY) *
This Evening we will see together how to read the Visual Poetry through creativity of Holala.
Visual Poetry: Through dialogue between Word and Image .... the Word becomes Drawing.
We will address the topic of Visual Poetry (from which the exhibit takes part in the title) that since 1960, and then in the middle atmosphere of social renewal, economic and cultural, in the new consumer society, represents all the experience of art finalized to seek new avenues in combination of verbal and visual communication. The participation in all aspects of culture then turns to a sharp break from the past, the past aesthetic taste and the past idealism. A strong spirit of challenge and criticism and full freedom in the conjugation of language and art, image and word.
Through what has been defined Neo Avantgarde develop new research of language extremely eclectic and innovative, focused on the new mass culture and use the most congenial of images and words to represent it to the fullest.
Visual Poetry in the sense that poetry and art as a timely tool of communication can create the message .. recall with great immediacy and force the *meaning*.
How to reach new lands for culture and art? New paths?
Poetry, Word and Art radically break with the past to represent the new world of booming industrial, commercial, of communication (media), social and cultural ...... The word and the poetic discourse are unstructured (the word becomes pure sign) to represent the chaotic and varied present. The art lends itself to collage, the techniques used for creating posters, photomontage, assembly in order to obtain a direct and representative communication of reality. Also in this exhibition you find examples.
There is the claim of language to regain the sense of concreteness, physicality and realism.
Adriano Accattino says: * The word has a body? Certainly it can be said that it has a body, but also that diverged from the human body; body, yes, but of speech. A body is not necessarily made of flesh, but it is a presence. The word has this presence and therefore has a body: this is its form, its figure freed from any repercussions linguistic or semantic.
The visual poetry and music are practices which, although very different, are alike in their relationship with the word: the music enhances and expands the word on the side of the sound, the visual poetry focuses on formal and visual characteristics of the body of the word. ... Sense, sound and sign are a triad of possibility of full word, three extended dimensions, but also able to intersect.
The idea of painting the poetry has always crossed the brain of the poets and nourished their ambition; to write painting or to paint writing, to give to words figure and visible form constitutes an ambition timeless.*
Art and Word to testify the importance of maintaining a close link between Hands and Mind of the Artist.
We will make a mistake if we were to attribute to Holala only a relevance to the Pop Art movement that although it has influenced the world of Visual Poetry is not the only influence inspiring.
Personally I find that in this exhibition of Holala there is innovation, imagination but also an eye-wrung, among many, to poèmes-objet of Breton, then Surrealism, the search and the irony of Duchamp, the experiments of Dadaism, Futurism and Cubism.
From all that we have said in brief, because as we know the topic is vast, we understand that the image and writing poetry come out from the old traditional rules to become precise expression of a meaning and a message, in fact a real ARTISTIC METAPHOR. Image and Word, Icon and Sign combine to achieve the same purpose of art and culture.
I tried to summarize all and give you the most important elements to be able to read the Visual Poetry that otherwise might not have an simply impact because it requires to *read* the work overall and with a certain capacity for synthesis.
I ask you to observe the work of Holala in its entirety of words, music and images and let yourself ravish by its suggestions. The representation of the Visual Poetry takes place not only through the use of images and words but also through the exaltation of objects such as neon and scripted effects that can be used in the Metaverse
(the conquest of light, color and movement in the creation of art).
For this reason I find that the Visual Poetry of Holala, just because realized in the Metaverse, knows acquire a depth, a special feature that makes it unique.

* TESTO DI PRESENTAZIONE DELL'ESPOSIZIONE DI * HOLALA ALTER * : * CEDIMENTI DEL CUORE (POESIA VISIVA) *
Questa Sera vedremo insieme come si legge la Poesia Visiva attraverso la creatività di Holala.
Poesia Visiva: Attraverso il dialogo tra Parola e Immagine.... la Parola diventa Disegno.
Affronteremo l'argomento della Poesia Visiva (da cui l'esposizione prende in parte il titolo) che a partire dal 1960 e quindi in piena atmosfera di rinnovamento sociale, economico e culturale, nella nuova società dei consumi, rappresenta tutte le esperienze d'arte volte a ricercare nuove strade nel connubio tra comunicazione verbale e comunicazione visiva. La partecipazione in ogni ambito della cultura volge quindi ad un forte distacco dal passato, il passato gusto estetico ed il passato idealismo.Un forte spirito di contestazione e critica e piena libertà nella coniugazione di linguaggio e arte, immagine e parola.
Attraverso quella che è stata definita NeoAvanguardia si sviluppano le nuove ricerche di linguaggio estremamente eclettiche ed innovative, concentrate sulla nuova cultura di massa e l'utilizzo più congeniale di immagini e parole per rappresentarla al meglio.
Poesia Visiva nel senso che Poesia ed Arte in qualità di puntuale strumento della comunicazione riescono a creare il messaggio .. rimandano con estrema immediatezza e forza al *significato*.
Come raggiungere per cultura ed arte nuove terre? Nuovi percorsi?
Poesia, Parola ed Arte rompono radicalmente con il passato per rappresentare il nuovo mondo di forte espansione industriale, commerciale, della comunicazione (mass media), sociale e culturale...... La parola ed il discorso poetico vengono destrutturati (la parola diventa puro segno) per tentare di rappresentare il presente caotico e variegato. L'arte si presta al collage, alle tecniche utilizzate per la creazione dei manifesti, al fotomontaggio, all'assemblaggio vero e proprio nell'intento di ottenere una comunicazione diretta e rappresentativa della realtà. Anche in questa mostra ne trovate esempi.
Esiste la rivendicazione del linguaggio a riconquistare il proprio senso della concretezza, della fisicità e del realismo.
Adriano Accattino dice: * La parola ha un corpo? Certo può dirsi che ha un corpo, ma anche che l'ha diverso dal corpo umano; corpo sì, ma di parola. Un corpo non necessariamente è fatto di carne, ma è una presenza. La parola ha questa presenza e dunque ha un corpo: questo è la sua forma, la sua figura liberata da ogni ripercussione linguistica o semantica.
La verbovisualità e la musica sono pratiche che, pur estremamente differenti, si assomigliano nel loro rapporto con la parola: la musica accentua ed espande la parola sul versante del suono, la verbovisualità si concentra sulle caratteristiche formali e visuali del corpo della parola. ... Senso, suono e segno costituiscono una triade di possibilità della parola piena, tre dimensioni estese, ma anche capaci di intersecarsi.
L'idea di dipingere la poesia ha sempre traversato il cervello dei poeti e nutrito la loro ambizione; scrivere dipingendo o dipingere scrivendo, dare alle parole figura e forma visibile costituisce un'ambizione senza tempo.*
Arte e Parola a testimoniare l'importanza di mantenere uno stretto legame tra Mani e Mente dell'Artista.
Faremo un errore se attribuissimo ad Holala esclusivamente una pertinenza al movimento della Pop Art che sebbene abbia influenzato il mondo della Poesia Visiva non rappresenta il solo influsso ispiratore.
Personalmente trovo che in questa esposizione di Holala vi siano innovazione, fantasia ma anche un occhio strizzato, fra i tanti, ai poèmes-objet di Breton, quindi il Surrealismo, la ricerca e l'ironia di Duchamp, le sperimentazioni del Dadaismo, del Futurismo e del Cubismo.
Da tutto ciò che abbiamo detto in sintesi, perchè come sappiamo l'argomento è vastissimo, comprendiamo che l'immagine e la scrittura poetica escono dai vecchi precisi canoni tradizionali per divenire espressione di un significato e di un messaggio, in effetti una vera e propria METAFORA ARTISTICA. Immagine e Parola, Icona e Segno si fondono per giungere ad una stessa finalità d'arte e culturale.
Ho cercato di concentrare e darvi gli elementi più importanti per poter leggere la Poesia Visiva che altrimenti in effetti non potrebbe avere un impatto semplicissimo perchè richiede di *leggere* l'opera in toto e con una certa capacità di sintesi.
Vi chiedo di osservare i lavori di Holala nella loro interezza di parole, musica ed immagini lasciandovi rapire dalle loro suggestioni. La rappresentazione della Poesia Visiva avviene tramite l'utilizzo non solo di immagini e parole ma anche attraverso l'esaltazione di oggetti come il neon e gli effetti scriptati che si possono utilizzare nel Metaverso
(la conquista della luce, del colore e del movimento nella creazione d'arte).
Per questo motivo trovo che la Poesia Visiva di Holala, proprio perchè realizzata nel Metaverso, sappia acquisire un suo spessore, una sua particolare caratteristica che la rende unica.
